HELLY-TECH ADVENTURE - 100% nylon, 4.6 oz/square yard, with HELLY-TECH Extreme waterproof/breathable coating, and HellyGuard DWR finish. Rugged 3- ply fabric with a soft cotton hand.
OUTDOOR OUTERWEAR HELLY-TECH EXTREME 3-PLY - 100% Nylon, 4.5 oz/square yard, with microporous HELLY-TECH Extreme waterproof/breathable lamination, Helly-Guard DWR finish, and a soft polyester tricot backing to eliminate the necessity of a freehanging lining.
HELLY-TECH MOUNTAINEERING RIPSTOP - 100% Nylon, 30 denier, 2.2 oz/square yard, with microporous HELLY-TECH Extreme waterproof/breathable coating and Helly-Guard DWR finish. Ultra lightweight, tear resistant, easily stowable. Our most breathable HELLYTECH fabric. Used for: Lightweight Mountaineering performance shells. 420 DENIER NYLON 100% Nylon, 420 x 320 denier, 5.3 oz/square yard, with waterproof acrylic coating. Highly abrasion resistant, lightweight fabric for heavy wear areas.
KEPROTEC KEVLAR - 12% polyurethane, 65% Nylon, 23% Kevlar, 12 oz/square yard. Heavy duty protective fabric engineered for optimum protection against abrasion and tears. Used for: Reinforcement fabric for Eiger Bib.
HELLY-TECH LEGACY - 100% Nylon, 3.5 oz/square yard, with HELLY-TECH Classic waterproof/breathable coating, and Helly-Guard DWR finish. Durable 2- ply fabric, with a soft cotton hand.
HELLY-TECH LIGHTNING - 100% Nylon, 2.7 oz/square yard, with HELLY-TECH Lightning waterproof/breathable coating, and HellyGuard' DWR finish. Very soft, lightweight fabric to allow for easy packing.
RAINLIGHT - 100% nylon, 2.8 oz/square yard, with 3000mm waterproof polyurethane Stormproof coating. Lightweight, packable, waterproof fabric.
STRATOS RIPSTOP - 100% nylon, 3 oz/square yard, with 600mm water resistant polyurethane coating. Lightweight, windproof, water-resistant fabric.
THERMALWEAR:
PROPILE - 100% polyester .3mm pile fabric. Patented Helly Hansen Fibrelock knit construction. Outside face sheared, inside face brushed for added warmth. The Fibrelock construction affords a high loft at a lower specific weight then other polyester fleece fabrics. PROPILE threads are firmly anchored to a base yarn, preventing the need for adhesive bonging agents used in other fleece fabrics. High warmth to weight ratio, will not pill with repeated wear and washing.
PROPILE 2000 - 100% polyester, 5mm pile fabric. Patented Helly Hansen Fibrelock knit construction with curly, shearing face which affords higher thermal properties.
PROFLEECE - 100% polyester, 3mm fleece fabric with anti-pilling finish. High loft insulating fabric.
IMPERTECH - 4.5 oz. stretchable polyurethane coated polyester. Lightweight, completely waterproof fabric, comfortable, quiet and easily packable. Dyed polyester knit backing affords IMPERTECH a 200% stretch factor, disperses perspiration moisture, and eliminates need for a separate lining fabric.
AMBUSH - 100% nylon fabric with a Cordura/2-ply Supplex blended construction. Highly abrasion resistant lightweight fabric. Treated with a Teflon DWR finish.
SEA GEAR PILE - 100% polyester fleece fabric with anti pilling finish treatment. High loft insulating fabric.
STORMBREAKER STANDARD - 210 denier high tenacity oxford nylon. Rugged waterproof PVC coating and durable water repellent finish treatment. Loose weave construction for improved flexibility.
STORMBREAKER SOFT - Lightweight nylon taffeta with waterproof PVC coating. Soft pliable finish and durable water repellent treated exterior. Used for: Primary shell fabric in the Multi-Sport foul weather gear styles.
HELLY-TECH ATLANTIC - 3-Ply waterproof breathable fabric with 100% hydrophilic coating. Nylon shell fabric with a durable 3-ply woven construction and soft polyester knit backing. A lightweight yet extremely durable fabric for offshore and competitive sailing conditions. Specially formulated hydrophilic coating is not adversely effected by exposure to sea salts.
HELLY-TECH SEA GEAR RIPSTOP - 2-Ply Ripstop nylon with a 100% hydrophilic coating. An ultra lightweight textile with high tear resistance. Ideally suited for high energy sailing activities. Specially formulated hydrophilic coating is not adversely effected by exposure to sea salts.
