This contest promoted the fact that Red Sky At Night has Western Canada's largest selection of boat shoes. 2002 Boat Shoes for Life Contest

Red Sky At Night is pleased to announce the winner of its 2002 Boat Shoes for Life Contest : Mr. Michael Matich is the final winner in our Boat Shoes for Life Contest. Mr. Matich entered our contest from inside our store as he is a frequent visitor to Granville Island.

2001 Boat Shoes for Life Contest

Her name is Beverly Mooren of Princeton, West Virginia, USA. When told that she was 2001's winner of the Boat Shoes For Life Contest, she wrote

"Thank-you so much for the surprise! What a blessing. And thank-you for sponsoring this fun contest"

We mailed her a pair of Sperry Topsider's in size 8!

2000 Boat Shoes for Life Contest

This years winner is a surprised Angela Arcond. Angela is a power boater out of Courtney, B.C. and had entered our contest at the 2000 Vancouver International Boat Show. She now gets a free pair of canvas deck shoes every year for the rest of her life!

1999 Boat Shoes for Life Contest

Allan Mearns of Richmond, B.C. wins a pair of canvas boat shoes every year for the rest of his life! Mr. Mearns is a long time sailor whose boat is moored in False Creek, B.C.. Allan entered the contest at the 1999 Vancouver International Boat Show.

The contest was such a success that the company has expanded it to a year round promotion that includes the World Wide Web.
